General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the Rory on a Rainbow online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and Availability
The shop offers original artwork, art prints and books created by Aurora Struzyna. All products are subject to availability. Since these are limited editions, once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR. As a small business owner under ยง 19 Abs. 1 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods provided in the shop.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be shipped within the time frame specified on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
Pre-orders and personalized items (e.g., signed prints) are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are produced specifically based on your order.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Returns are only accepted in cases of damage during shipping or if the wrong item was delivered. Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Cancellations may incur a processing fee of 5 EUR to cover administrative costs.
Orders that contain incorrect or incomplete information, such as the use of unauthorized discount codes, missing shipping payments, or incorrect address details, may be subject to cancellation. This also applies if the order cannot be delivered. In such cases, the affected items may be made available again in the shop. Customers will be informed via email if a cancellation occurs.
7. Copyright and Usage Rights
All artworks and designs are the intellectual property of Aurora Struzyna. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the artworks is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
8. Liability
The seller is not liable for slight negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations.
9. Data Protection
Your personal data will be handled with care and in accordance with GDPR regulations. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from the purchase will be subject to the jurisdiction of German courts.
11. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
