For our international customers, it's important to be aware that your shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees that are not factored into the total price displayed at checkout. These extra charges, if applicable, will be your responsibility upon receipt of the order.

When it comes to shipping costs, we calculate them based on postage and packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Every picture is carefully shipped within a sturdy cardboard envelope, and all of our products are generally packaged with the utmost care to guarantee they reach you in pristine condition.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to deliver to mailboxes or packing stations, so make sure you provide an accurate shipping address for a smooth delivery experience.

For payment, we accept PayPal as our primary method, making your transactions quick and secure. Please note that all images are sold without frames, allowing you the creative freedom to choose your preferred framing options.

Additionally, for customers who order multiple items, please be aware that shipping costs may vary depending on the quantity and dimensions of the items. In such cases, we will calculate the exact shipping cost and may send you a payment request for any additional shipping charges incurred. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

General shipping information

Please ensure to place your order in a timely manner if you require it by a specific date. Feel free to contact us to inquire about the possibility of direct shipment and estimated arrival on a specific date.
By making a purchase, the buyer agrees to receive a replacement shipment if there were any issues with the initial delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and accessible address at the time of purchase. Changes to the address cannot be accommodated after the shipment has been made.
Cancellations can only be made before the item is shipped, and a processing fee will apply. The buyer agrees that refunds will be provided in the form of a voucher.
