Withdrawal and Return Policy

The following right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. A consumer is a natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Withdrawal Period

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

Exclusions from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply where excluded by applicable law, including but not limited to:

• Personalized or custom-made items produced according to the customer's specifications or clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.
• Digital downloads or digital content supplied electronically where the right of withdrawal has been lawfully waived or excluded.
• Other goods for which the right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Procedure for Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller by email at [email protected] before the expiry of the withdrawal period and provide sufficient information to identify the order.

The customer may use a standard withdrawal form where required by applicable law, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from the contract, the seller will reimburse all payments received for the returned goods, excluding any costs that may legally be excluded from reimbursement under applicable law.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used by the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return Conditions

The customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the seller of the withdrawal.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

The seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Responsibility for Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Where an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied and the shipment cannot be delivered, returned, or recovered, the resulting loss may be borne by the customer, subject to applicable law.

Transport and Postal Damage

Customers should inspect shipments upon receipt and report any transport damage to the relevant shipping provider as soon as reasonably possible.

The seller will provide reasonable assistance where documentation is available but remains subject to the rights and obligations provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
